Crazy for Books blog asks:“Many of us primarily read one genre of books, with others sprinkled in. If authors stopped writing that genre, what genre would you start reading? Or would you give up reading completely if you couldn’t read that genre anymore?”
That wouldn't be a problem for me! I read almost any genre, in fact I like variety. I'd go nuts if I was limited to one genre. Reading one genre leads you to notice stereotypes, to see what I mean, look at the Top Ten Stereotypes in YA Fiction.

That is definitely the best part of reading a variety of genres--always something to read, no matter what!!

I am kind of with you on this one. I do get on a roll in a genre a lot of times.

I'm a little biased on this topic. I will read anything I can get my hands on, but that is part of my job as a librarian :)
(The absolute BEST job in the world by the way...They pay me to read!)
Please don’t be shocked but this week I’ve got a straightforward, cut and dried answer to this week’s question... for a change!

I am quite into YA but I am starting to read Chick Lit. And I read Iris Johansen books and sometimes Mary Higgins Clark. I would always habe something to read.

Catherine the Great sounds interesting, but what sounds even better is a trip to Russia. That must have been wonderful!
